Let's start with the rules:
1.Don't revive old topics
2.Don't spam/fight/train out of the spamming/Z Tournament board
3.Don't double or triple post unless necesary to bump something important.
4.No flamming
5.No using rips or anything w/o permisson(Spelling ?)
6.Stay On-Topic
7.Post the right things in the right boards.(No Buu's Fury things in Budokai 3 board for example)
8.To ask a member about something, either use the spamming board, or PM him.
9.Don't make pointless posts(Only allowed to do so in the spamming board)
10.Please, use correct grammar, and punctuation.And don't use strage symbols to say things.
11.If you annoy mods/admins too much, ba for a week.
12.Don't use a lot of smileys in one post.
13.Don't make giant blank posts(Not even in the spam board)
14.No harrassment (sp?) about gender, age, skin color, etc..
15.Your sig cannot be over 530 pixels in width or 300 pixels in height.
~~~To know when a topic is old or not~~~
1. It is past the 1st page.
2. The last post was 2 weeks or more ago.
3. The person who created the topic and was discussing in it is no longer posting often in these boards (this doesn't count if it's a really popular thread).
4. Just plain don't post in a "spam topic" that's in the wrong board, or you might be counted for spamming in the wrong board too! (Unless your scolding that person or something, but normally leave that to a mod.)
Extra
Ok, do not try and convince (sp?) a mod that accuses (sp?) you of flaming that you were just arguing (sp?). There IS a difference. Arguing (sp?) is when your are making fun of one's opinions of something. Such as someone likes Yu-Gi-Oh, and everyone argues with him saying "No Yu-Gi-Oh sucks!".
Now flaming is directly insulting a person, not his/her opinions. Of course you can go "You're gay" or something like that, but if you start getting verbally aggresive (ex. d**m you b*tch, your a male lesbo who sux guy thingy!) then that would definatly (sp?) count as flaming.
*Pyro Edit*: It's not really sexual harrasment if you make fun of someone's age, etc. That would just be harrasment.
